Tibetan Youth Discussion Forum closed
Dharamsala: December 19, 2007.
According to The Tibet Post International, Tibetan journalists’ celebrated the 10th founding anniversary of Association of Tibetan Journalists (ATJ) in exile on 17th December, 2007, Mrs. Tsering Woeser, a former journalist in Tibet and a Tibetan female writer who is currently living in Beijing has been awarded with the Courageous Orator without fright Silver Medal (Fearless Speaker Award 2007) by the ATJ.
The main reason behind the conferment of this award to Woeser is that although she is living under the oppressive rule of Chinese, she has boldly written several numbers of articles based on the truth and freedom of Tibet.
“It is very clear to us that by giving this award to Tsering Woeser we have found a female author that are in the middle of one of the most important struggle for freedom of expression in our time" says Mr. Lobsang Wangyal, the president of the Association of Tibetan Journalists, based in Dharamsala in India. It is the pride of the whole Tibetans in general and Tibetan women in particular to have such a courageous orator at this period of time.
At this time, the freedom of expression is undergoing serious problem in China and all the Tibetan language websites in Tibet are being closed and opened frequently. Even discussion forum of Woeser in Chinese language has been blocked in last year and also other Tibetan related Medias are facing lot of problem in Tibet under Chinese rule. Recently on December 6, the Youth Discussion Forum of Snowland (Gang-Shoen-Leng-Teg) www.tibet123.com which is the most popular and favorite website among the young-educated Tibetans has been closed by Chinese authorities. When it was about to close, it has 6200 registered members and the number of the member increases day by day. Sometimes, there come around 3000 members (Users) to chat at the same period of time in the discussion forum. Therefore, such type of discussion forum is extremely essential to us at this very critical time. It has become one of the most important platforms for Tibetan youngsters to exchange ideas and experiences between each other. But unfortunately, such an important forum has been closed due to its contents related to the true plight of Tibet.
Likewise, the Chinese government never leaves any stone unturned to fail any thought or work which is likely to be against the ideology of the Communist government. Therefore, it is very clear that China is on top of the global list that violates the freedom of expression the most.
With this opportunity, We, the Tibetan journalists in exile honored by the Norwegian authors union’s decision to given their freedom of expression prize for 2007 to Woeser living in China at the same time as the ATJ honored her. Mrs. Tsering Woeser was selected among many candidates from abroad.

Повторю, получиться не со всеми анонимками, дальше поймете, но попробовать стоит. Я сам попробовал и теперь получил уверенность в некоторых анонимных мнения, точно знаю кто их написал.
Так, значит
первое: заходим на сайт www.vkontakte.ru, идем в свой раздел Мнения;
второе: находим анонимное мнение, автора которого нам хотелось бы узнать;
третье: жмем на ссылку, у этого анонимного мнения, с текстом "в черный список", эта надпись измениться на "в белый список";
4вертое: смотрим какие ещё мнения изменили свои надписи с "в черный список" на "в белый список", это значит, что все эти мнения от одного человека, мы почти раскрыли тайну анонима.
пятое: ищем в изменивших надпись мнениях, положительное мнение о вас (если не найдется, то конечно обидно, но можно выбрать любое другое мнение для обработки анонима или ещё вариант смотри ниже);
шестое: с позитивом и огромным интересом пишем ответ на это положительное мнение (или какое выбрали), задавая вопрос что-то вроде:"Кто это меня так порадовал, кого поблагодарить?" или что-то ещё в таком роде, что б человек захотел раскрыть себя, для получения благодарностей и прочего;
седьмое: получаем ответ на наше сообщение от человека (т.к. ваш обидчик знает, что все мнения анонимные и, что вы вроде как не можете узнать, кто автор кокого мнения), т.е. узнаем автора того негативного или другого интересующего вас анонимного мнения.
