Brussels:The three-day 5th International Conference of Tibet Support Groups came to an end with a concise action plan that will serve as a roadmap for the Tibet movement for the coming years. The action plan covers four areas of concern to the Tibetan people and their supporters around the world: political support for negotiations, human rights, environment and development and the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing.
