The Olympic Games next year will be an opportunity for China to showcase its impressive development achievements. The participants at the 5th international Tibet Support Groups Conference would also hope that the greater freedoms provided to the international media will be also extended to China's own domestic media, so that China's dynamic development could be sustained by fair and objective media coverage.
